COLDMAN คืออะไร
COLDMAN เป็นเครื่องเล่นเทปบนเว็บที่เล่นเพลงผ่านเครื่องเล่นและ API ทางการของ YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify และ Audius เท่านั้น เราไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของ ไม่ดาวน์โหลด และไม่เก็บเพลงใด ๆ เพลงทั้งหมดเป็นของเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์และบริการต้นทาง
บริการต้นทาง
- COLDMAN ใช้ YouTube API Services การเล่นวิดีโอ YouTube จึงอยู่ภายใต้ ข้อกำหนดในการให้บริการของ YouTube และ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Google
- การเล่นจาก SoundCloud, Spotify และ Audius อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของบริการนั้น ๆ
- เพลงบางเพลงอาจเล่นไม่ได้ ถูกจำกัด หรือหายไปได้ตามการตัดสินใจของบริการต้นทางหรือเจ้าของเพลง
การใช้งานของคุณ
- คุณรับผิดชอบลิงก์ที่คุณเพิ่มและแชร์ ห้ามใช้ COLDMAN ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์หรือกฎหมาย
- ห้ามพยายามดาวน์โหลดหรือดึงเสียงผ่าน COLDMAN ห้ามรบกวนระบบ ยิงคำขออัตโนมัติ หรือปั่นตัวเลขผู้ฟัง
บัญชี
- การลงชื่อเข้าใช้ด้วย Google เป็นทางเลือก ใช้เพื่อซิงค์เทป เพลย์ลิสต์ และลุคของเครื่องข้ามอุปกรณ์ ดูสิ่งที่เราเก็บได้ที่ ความเป็นส่วนตัว
- คุณลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อที่ ตั้งค่า → บัญชี → ลบบัญชี
- เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่ใช้งานผิดข้อกำหนดนี้

What COLDMAN is
COLDMAN is a web cassette player that plays music only through the official players and APIs of YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify and Audius. We don't own, download or store any music; it belongs to its rights holders and the services it comes from.
The services behind it
- COLDMAN uses YouTube API Services: playing YouTube videos is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Playback from SoundCloud, Spotify and Audius is subject to their own terms.
- Songs may be unavailable, restricted or removed at the service's or the rights holder's choice.
Your use
- You are responsible for the links you add and share. Don't use COLDMAN to infringe copyright or break the law.
- Don't try to download or capture audio through COLDMAN, disrupt the service, send automated requests or inflate the listener counts.
Accounts
- Signing in with Google is optional and syncs your tapes, playlists and deck look across devices. See Privacy for what we keep.
- You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Account → Delete account.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Support
Tips through Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary gifts to the developer of COLDMAN, not a purchase. They unlock no features or rights and aren't refunded. Everything in COLDMAN stays free for everyone.
No warranty
COLDMAN is free and provided as is; it may change, pause or end. We try to keep synced data safe but can't promise it will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damage arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes with them, and using COLDMAN afterwards means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
